Hoodie Purchase Terms & Conditions

1. Availability

The Hempy Hoodie is offered as a limited-edition item. Only 100 units are available. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once sold out, no additional stock will be produced for this edition.

2. Price and Payment

The launch price is $109, including free shipping. Regular price after launch is $129. Payment is charged at the time of ordering to secure your hoodie. Local taxes such as VAT may be applied at checkout.

3. Delivery

Estimated delivery times is 1-3 weeks depending on your region. You will be notified of any significant delays.

4. Returns and Exchanges

As each hoodie is produced in limited quantities, returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items. If your hoodie arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos and your order number to arrange a replacement or refund.

5. $HEMPY Token Rewards

Each valid purchase includes a 10 000 $HEMPY tokens. Tokens are distributed after the order is confirmed and may require wallet verification.

6. Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide for orders. Customs duties or import taxes, if applicable in your country, are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

“Hempy,” “HempKnit,” and related marks, designs, and product technologies are owned or licensed by ValleyDAO. Reproduction or resale without authorization is prohibited.

8. Liability

While we strive to ensure accurate descriptions and delivery, Hempy and ValleyDAO are not liable for indirect losses, delays due to customs, or token value changes. Our responsibility is limited to the value of your order.
